I am looking to have medial meniscus surgery because according to MRI, I have a grade III horizontal tear in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. Do you perform this surgery, is the improvement guaranteed and how much does it cost? Is it certain that surgery needs to be done since it has been seen by two orthopedists?
