Hello Doctor, I am a lady who, a month ago, visited my 10-year-old son because he had developed herpes on his cheek. I came back for a check-up after two weeks, but you weren't there, and another doctor gave me a tube for removing the spot on his cheek, but it didn’t work. The name of the cream was "Kerasal Ointment". Please, I want to know when I can come for a visit again at the Polyclinic so that I don’t have to switch hands.
