The IHC response conducted on a removed duodenal mass (previous diagnosis of duodenal carcinoid) is as follows:

Chronic duodenitis with small foci of low-grade dysplasia of the glandular epithelium. No significant neuroendocrine differentiation cell infiltrates are observed.
Immunohistochemical profile: CK Ae1/Ae3 positive, Chromogranin negative, Synaptophysin negative, Cd56 negative, Ki67 < 5% of nuclei positive.

What do CK Ae1/Ae3 imply, is there a need for another IHC according to you for differentiation?
