Hello! I have pain in my back, but it's more localized on the right side when I walk; at one moment, it feels as though someone is tearing my back apart!! I take Voltaren 75 mg, which somewhat soothes the pain, not 100%; maybe due to its effect, the pains return!! It also feels like it's burning, and when I have pain, I'm uncomfortable, neither sitting nor standing nor lying down, I am in discomfort. Could I please get an explanation? Thank you
